"Download and Install" action for extension does not create menu entries

            Description

            Go to Manage Extensions > Add New

            • click download for CiviDiscount
              It will be installed but menu entries are not created in civicrm_menu table. Hence when you click on CiviDiscount in navigation menu it is redirected to CiviCRM Home.

            NOTE: Current workaround is disable and enable the extension OR ...

            • Navigate to Administer > System Settings > Cleanup Caches and Update Paths
            • Click the 'Cleanup Caches' button near the top of the page.
