Description
Individual dedupe rules can't be used for organizations, and vice versa. So why can't they have the same names? I tried to create a rule in both categories, "By CiviCRM ID", and the second one was rejected because it shared a name with an existing rule. Is this an overzealous validation check, or actually something about the data structure?
It's a small problem because it means we have to give rules that do exactly the same thing different names, which complicates internal staff documentation and causes confusion.
