CRM-15684 Onbehalf fails to set organizations information

            Description

            • enable onbehalf feature for contribution page
            • add following fields to the onbehalf profile
            • image url or file field to the profile
            • add custom data of type "Checkbox" and "Radio" with value like "test value"

            Above fields breaks the javascript to load existing organization information. Hence none of the organization information is populated

            Note that we are skipping setting defaults to file fields
