CRM-15877 prefix_id truncated on contacts export

            Description

            When exporting contacts to CSV the "prefix_id" (contact prefix, Mister, Miss, etc.) column is truncated at the 16th character, for example in french the prefix "Madame et Monsieur" becomes "Madame et Monsie" after exportation.

            Please see attachment, the column "Préfixe" (prefix) is truncated but the prefix used in column "Nom affiché" (displayed name) is OK.

            To reproduce :

            • "Search > Search contacts" and search some contacts
            • Choose "Export contacts" under "Actions"
            • Field "prefix_id" will be truncated
