Need to remove inoperative "stationery" box from page format when using Print PDF letter?

            Description

            My reading of https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-14567 is that the ability to print on a stationary file when using Print PDF letter is not yet available.

            If that is so, then the field "Stationery (relative path to PDF you wish to use as the background)" needs to be removed from the Page Format accordion on the Print PDF letter screen.

            I have set this to bug rather than improvement as it is misleading for users to offer a feature that does not exist (if I'm right on that.).
