Remove pay later receipt information on confirmation page

      Description

      When doing online contribution and selecting the pay later option, in the confirmation page, the pay later receipt text is displayed.

      I usually use this text to display something like "Please send us a check to the following address : ...". In this context, it should display on the Thank you page and in the receipt email but not in the confirmation page.

      Maybe there are some case where we want the text to display on both pages ? Anyway, easy to fix if everyone agree.
