- All work in the tmf repository should be done in http://svn.quest.civicrm.org/tmf/branches/v1.6

Clone the XML output functionality from Quest - for the TMF component.
- Implement the xml() and related functions in BAO/Student.php
- XML should include data submitted by the students' "Nominator" (if applicable) [this is data submitted for the student by the Nominate form wizards]. This should be the same as or similar to the Quest XML output mode where Recommenders data is included in the XML.
- Implement/test singleton UI task (from Search) "Export XML"
- Implement/test scripted XML (batch) dump.
