            Description

            This issue follows on from CRM-13282.

            In CRM-13282 pre-filling of billing address on back-office contribution or new membership via credit card was implemented, but this was not done for back-office membership renewal via credit card.

                PR for master is https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/pull/5174
                As this is a small change, essentially just applying changes known to be working for back office new memberships to back office membership renewals, I am hoping it can be added to 4.6.

                I can also supply a PR for 4.5 if you would like.
