                Which version of CiviCRM exactly? And which test button did you click?

                I tried to reproduce this on my 4.6 local sandbox (latest checkout from 4.6 branch). I tested both of the Send Test buttons (send to a specific email address and send to a group). In both cases, emails were generated to the expected recipient(s). As expected, emails were not sent to the group selected in the Recipients field.
