        Also I'm not sure if you were hoping for this to be included in 4.6 but this pr is against master (4.7).

        This does not seem to be working on either my local 4.6 sandbox or the 4.6 demo. The code is present - I can see and select the new columns in the report. However, both the Total Paid and Balance columns are empty even though the participants have payments in the DB.

        Screenshots from 4.6 demo show that participant has a payment but nothing showing in the report columns.
