      Description

      If you go to /civicrm/a/#/mailing/new to create a new bulk mail in CiviMail, the page is just empty. From time to time it shows an error that can be seen in the attachment.

          I see the same problem when I click Re-Use on a sent mailing to create a new mailing, too.

          Discussed with Yaazkal and galgeek on IRC. The problem is that the "ang" folder is missing from tarballs.

          PR merged. 4.6.2 is being released as we speak.
