Backend event registration payment recorded time is 12:00 AM by default

            Description

            • change "Received" date in payment section to date time.

            When Using Backend event registration by selecting record payment, although event registration time reflect the current time but the contribution time is recorded as 12:00 AM by default. I guess it would be more useful use the current time in contribution section as well.
