Preferred mail format ignored

            Description

            During our last mass mailing, we noticed that the preferred email-format was ignored.
            All members received a multipart message.

            Tested on CiviCRM 1.6.8380 and as far as I can see there are no bugreports about it, so I would not be amazed if the issue is also in newer builds. (we'll try to upgrade to the latest revision and retest it soon)
