Missing closing tag causes nested crm-section divs in pricesets with checkboxes or radio buttons

Normally, each price field is wrapped in div element with class of crm-section. For checkbox or radio price fields where the "options per line" config is set, the closing tag for the div classed price-set-row is left out unless the number of the options for the field is divisible by the value for options per line. As a result, every following crm-section is nested inside of the previous one instead of being a sibling.
