Description
If one contact is an administrator of two ACL groups....
Within Manage Groups > Contacts, it looks like ACL is showing only contacts who are in both groups, rather than contacts who are in either group.
Logins are provided in the attached document.
Here are some examples:
There are 4 contacts in each group.

Two of those four contacts are in both groups.
The administrator 'acl' contact is an administrator of Both groups. But when viewing the "Cat People" group can only see 2 contacts, not all 4 like they should.
