Description
The New Individual block has a <br /> hard coded between the label and the text field. Removing this allows the label to be visually grouped with the text input field and let's CSS control the placement of these elements.
The current New Individual block looks like this on demo:

The patched New Individual block looks like this. Ignore the change in background color and font style/size/color because I am using a different theme on my testing site.
