            Description

            The Case Types screen (/civicrm/a/#/caseType) used to manage different case types is only displaying 25 different Case Types. There is no pager, etc. to display more than 25 if more exist.

                This is a quick fix that does not add a pager but does remove the 25 row limit. Realistically I don't think having so many case types that a pager is really required is going to come up very often.
