civi presents error when event is not present or inactive

            Description

            On visiting an event on the demo site the event displays.
            To Replicate: If one de-activates the event OR tries to view an event that does not exist, civi presents an error page saying:

            Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
            The page you requested is currently unavailable.
            Return to home page.

            I believe this is to be erroneous, as previously (and far more preferable IMO) the user was sent to an "Access Denied" page that was theme-able and a lot more aesthetically pleasing. Ther are too many occasions that a user may try to open a cancelled or old deleted event via a link etc.
