[CRM-16692] Can not edit a contribution - similar to CRM-14881 - CiviCRM Issue Tracker

Details

A client was unable to edit a contribution to apply a soft credit. The error and the solution seem to be the same as ~~CRM-14881~~

I set the fee amount and net amounts to null and the contribution was editable.

Pretty sure this is the same as https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-16632 - fixed for 4.6.4

If not, can reopen.

I came across this problem again and was able to duplicate on demo (Drupal) CiviCRM current version 4.6.6 (it shows 4.6.7) - Steps:

1) Add a contribution (donation) of $2
2) Try to edit the amount

Dave, this may not be the same as #16632 as I was unable to edit a donation of $15.15 or 40.13 (amounts not ending in 0)

But I see that if you change the Net Amount in Additional Details, the transaction can be changed. I don't recall having to do that before...
