CiviMember - Receipt Totals and Thankyou Page Problems with PayPal Website Standard

      Two issues w/ online Membership signup when using PayPal Standard (but not PayPal Pro). Both can be replicated using the sample Online Contrib/Member Signup page (contrib page id = 2) in test-drive mode:

      1. The receipts generated for online Membership signup have an erroneous (duplicated) Total (example follows). This would be correct if the page was configured to ALSO include a separate Contribution Amount block AND the user had entered an $100 contribution in addition to the General Membership signup. HOWEVER, this page does NOT have a separate amount block - so the Contribution Amount line s/b suppressed and the total s/b $100.

      Contribution Amount: $ 100.00
      General Membership: $ 100.00
      Total: $ 200.00

      ... in fixing this - make sure to account for and test the other case - where there is a separate Contribution Amount block on the page and the user has made an additional contribution.

      NOTE: I only replicated this first issue w/ 1.6 on demo because I couldn't get my sandbox to receive the IPN and hence no receipt. However, pretty sure it's still an issue.

      2. The Thankyou page is missing the Membership info block. It should have the following on it (and does when using PP Pro):
      Renew or Upgrade Your Membership
      Regular annual membership
