allow for dynamic option of either an individual or organization contact during drupal user creation

It could be useful if CiviCRM came with a UI to select either organization or individual on the various drupal paths for creating user accounts, e.g. user/register and admin/user/create. The form would need to be reloaded – preferably dynamically via ajax – with the fields assigned to the contact type.

CiviCRM could have settings on whether or not to allow users to choose their contact type, and which contact type should be default.
