Printed Case Report does not present the primary email address for the Case Manager in the Case Role Section

      Description

      The report presented when the “Print Report” link is selected on the Case does not present the primary email for the Case Manager when the Case Manager has more than one email. It should present the primary email in the “Case Role” section to be consistent with the email presented in the “Client Relationship” section.
