iCal in Outlook Meeting Not Found

            Description

            When assigning an activity to a contact, an email is sent to the assignee with an ical. I tried opening the ical in Outlook 2013, but I am unable to add the activity to my calendar. The message indicates "Meeting Not Found" (see attached). The ical data shows:
