CiviEvent dashboard gives error invalid argument supplied for foreach() in DashBoard.php on line 60.

            Description

            I upgraded from a fresh Civicrm 1.6 install with generated data and a few additional contacts to 1.7 revision 8846.

            When I click on the CiviEvent menu item I get the following in a pink box.

            warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/blueseed/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Event/Page/DashBoard.php on line 60.
