confirmation emails weird for civievent

If an anonymous user registers (see another issue tbf re they need profiles and listings access if the event has a profile attached) then the confirmation email foes to the address entered, the cc gets delivered and the bcc does not.

If a logged in user registers, they get three copies of the email to their contact email address irrepsective of the email they provided in the civi event process. That's probably ok - but the confirmation scree shows the address enetred in civicrm not their contact address that is acutally used.
