Mailing Label PDFs don't adopt Cyrillic Alphabet

            Description

            I had thought I solved this issue of Cyrillic alphabet appearing as ???? for PDFs in this ticket (https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-16118) which was successfully resolved earlier

            However, it appears as though the PDF fonts for the Mailing Labels come from a different source. This feature is critical for our partners who want to use Civi as their contact management system, and the are hesitant to adopt the tool without being able to use mailing labels in their native language. Thoughts or help are greatly appreciated.
