disable/enable of Grants resets Drupal Permission

            Description

            When you disable/enable CiviGrant, it resets drupal permission and someone who previously had access will lose it. Reproduced on the demos site.
            Perhaps related, but I had 2 roles, one with and one without permission. Although one role had permission it didn't seem to take. Also didn't work for user 1. You may want to quickly review the permission logic for CiviGrant and multiple roles while opening up the patient
