Make "week" relative date filters respect localization setting "week begins on".

            Description

            In 4.7 the first day of the week is a localisation setting.

            Relative date filters should respect this setting, so If weekBegins = Monday then "This week" should run from Monday to Sunday, not Sunday to Saturday.
