Description
This is only relevant for Paypal Express (yellow button) event registration.
1. configure a price set for an event
2. During registration click the yellow Paypal button and pay with account
3. Return to confirm registration, but observe error about price option limit
4. however there are no price option limits set for ANY of the options, including the one selected
