Custom dates fields displayed as (01/01/1970) in Events Confirmation Reciept

            Description

            The event confirmation receipt displays the date as 01/01/1970 (dependent on format selected) after registering a participant for an event using the Standalone registration form rather than the Live registration form.

            To reproduce, create custom field(s) for Participants of type Date. When registering a participant onto an Event using the form "/civicrm/participant/add?reset=1&action=add&context=standalone&eid=

            {event_id}

            " and entering sensible values for these fields the confirmation receipt displays the values for these custom date fields as "01/01/1970".
