CSS and date format lost when creating HTML Form Snippet

When you create a profile and you want to use the HTML Form Snippet, the code that you received differed considerably from the preview. Although, it works theoretically, when you use a date in the profile, you get an useless profile because the date picker not work properly. Please see the difference between both in the attached pictures.
