Activities report - filter by target contact does not appear to work

      Description

      Hi Dave,

      There is an issue on the Activity report when attempting to filter by activity target. If you enter the name of a target contact it does not filter by that contact.

      We have budget to fix this, if you can give me estimation first I'll get it approved.
