Incorrect recipient mail(CiviMail) with smart groups

            Description

            When you send a email (in CiviMAIL) with smart group, it's getting the primary mail not the bulkmail.

            In que querie, the sort order by default it's asc, and it's getting the is_bulkmail with value 0, and i think that the correct value is 1.
