CiviEvent - Delete Event Doesn't Delete Location and Associated Records

            Description

            Events can have civicrm_location records linked to them (and those location records can have linked address, email and phone records). When an event is deleted, the associated location and related records must also be deleted. Currently, they are left "orphaned" in the DB.
