Exporting custom fields which have key/value pairs is broken. Value is exported, not the key.

            Description

            When trying to export a custom 'State' field for grants, only the first row contains the display name, whereas all others show the id. Sample output is attached. I don't have the appropriate permissions to reproduce this on the demo site.
