            Description

            Please track time on this (Paid Issue Queue).

            See rule created here in image on demo site. This was then tested on event and did not match phone and first name from public event listing form.

            Also note that the lengths did not save (issue reported here:https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-17563)

                To clarify - I think you're saying the following:

                • There are 2 contacts in the DB with exactly matching First Name and Phone
                • You ran this dedupe rule and no matches were returned

                Yes that test should work also and have an issue but I did the following:

                I created the rule and then create a contact with FN + LN + Email + Phone

                Configured new event with this dedupe rule.

                Then registered for event using logged out public form. with FN + Phone same as existing contact.

                New contact was created, rather then adding registration to existing contact.

                If you cannot recreate let me know and @madura can review the different scenarios.
