Description
Please add an option on the “Send Email to Contacts” feature like the option provided on the “Record Activity for Contacts” feature. This will clarify the filing process when there are many email recipients associated with the email.
Currently the “Send Email to Contacts” feature creates one activity which is presented in the Contact Activities of all email recipients and the sender of the email. As the email activity is filed on the corresponding cases, the subject is updated to reflect each filing which is presented on all associated contacts. This causes confusion for the user performing the filing since it is difficult to ascertain whether the email activity has been filed on for a particular email recipient. In fact, it “appears” filed for all contacts once it is filed on the first case because the (Filed on case 99999) has been appended to the subject.
