Create Document / Letter from Case(s) - with case tokens

Allow users to create letter / document (for this phase, in PDF format only) related to one or more cases, which can include Case tokens. Two workflows are supported:

1. Create document from Case View screen (single document, case tokens with values for that case).

2. Create multiple documents (single PDF file) from Find Cases search result for 1 or more cases.
