CiviContribute - Find Contributions : Change Status Field from Radio to Checkbox

            Description

            Allow users to search on any combination of statuses by making the Status field a checkbox. Default s/b "Completed" is checked. When making this change, make sure that clicking "View Details" from contribution summary on dashboard sets the correct checkbox value (status = Completed).
