Contribution export: campaign title not available in select fields

            Description

            When exporting contributions and choosing "Select fields for export", the only option for campaign is "Campaign", which provides the campaign ID only. Campaign title is not available.

            CRM-14846 indicates that in 4.4.5, selecting "Campaign" resulted in two columns in the exported CSV: "Campaign ID" and "Campaign Title". This is not the case in 4.6.10 .

            Campaign title is however provided when choosing "Export PRIMARY fields".

            Replicated on current d46.demo.civicrm.org ("Powered by CiviCRM 4.6.11").
