CRM-1775 Tracked Opens # not showing up on CiviMail report page & no forwards tracked

      Description

      Nothing is showing up to the right of Tracked Opens on the CiviMail Report page for a sent mailing. However, clicking on the Tracked Opens does give the appropriate detail information.

      I'm not seeing any indication of a forward even though I forwarded this e-mail to an e-mail not on the original send list. The recipient of the forward opened the e-mail and did click on a link which is reflected in the report information. Is there anything special I need to do when forwarding an e-mail to make sure it gets tracked?

          The count is fixed on the branch, so will make the next tarball build (along with a couple more URL fixes). I'm trying to fix the forwarding now, should be fixed tomorrow.

          I'm using svn, so I gave it a whirl. Number shows up great, but is it off by 1? My report page shows one tracked open, but when I click on it for detail I see two people listed.

          This is with revision 9138.

          I just did another test mailing with about 35 people and I'm getting some duplicates in the track opens detail and also a count of one less than the total number of unique opens.

          In the detail, the first person who opened is in there once. The second and third people who opened the e-mail are in the detail list twice.

          The count shows two people, but three unique people have opened even though the detail shows five opens (2 duplicates).

          Yeah, the supposed fix for CRM-1258 is, well, not a fix for CRM-1258. Reopening that one, will comment on further progress.

          Ok, this time (r9146) the count should be the proper one (Tracked Opens counts unique opens, the list lists all opens). On to the forwarding part of the above issue.

          working fine when we send mail using upload content(at step 3) but for compose on screen it is not work properly.

          CiviCRM 2.0.beta5 appears to not be tracking forwards. Upgraded today, sent out a mailing, received it and then forwarded it. The report has not updated. Attached a new screenshot (though it's the same as before).
