Multiple Copies of Event Being Created

We create an event and all of a sudden 4 copies of the event are put into the system. This happened with old version and now the new version. There is no rhyme or reason for this happening. I created a test event and now the test event show 4 copies. I would said I now have to delete over 300 COPIES of events. This is a major time consuming event that is never ending because COPIES of events still keep happening. I created a demo copy of the steps we take at http://joomla.demo.civicrm.org/.
