            Description

            CRM-15564 introduced a regression: the 'register' links are shown on an event info page if registration is closed, but the event 'end date' has not been reached.

            I'll do a PR to fix this, taking into account the requirement that you should be able to register for events that have ended, but have a registration date in the future.
