Cannot remove Contact ID filter on Contribution/Constituent detail report

            The Contribution/Constituent detail reports can have a Contact ID filter that can not be removed. This happens when some one clicks on a contact name from the summary report, to get the detail report and updates the report. The Contact ID filter is set and there's no way to remove it.
