Membership + auto-renew + donation creates Authorize.net ARB for wrong amount

            Description

            This bug manifests when

            1. A membership contribution page includes a membership with the option for automatic renewal, and automatic renewal is selected
            2. The contribution page has the "Contribution Amounts section enabled" option selected
            3. The "Separate Membership Payment" option is NOT selected

            When the transaction is processed, it creates an ARB for the total amount, not just the membership dues portion. For example, if the membership fee is $100 and there's a $25 donation made at the same time, the ARB is created for $125.

            This may be related to CRM-17975.
