Safari Does Not Load Soft Credit Contact Dropdown

When editing a contribution the contact dropdown for soft credits does not work. It shows up just as a text box without the dropdown. The dropdown also does not work when you create ac contribution from a specific contact. It only works if you create a new contribution from the CiviContribute menu.
