Description
Currently CiviCRM does not get all permissible mailings that a user should be able to access.
To Reproduce as an ACLed User , create a CiviMail using group x. Now create a 2nd CiviMail using the recipients of Mail 1. Find that you cannot see Report for Mailing 2 even tho it uses a group you can see. Reason is that CiviCRM does not search for mailings that use the mailings you can see.
