NOT FIXED - Payment fields fail to reappear on donation page after using enter key in "other amount" text box

If a user enters an amount in the "other amount" text box on a donation page, then uses the enter key to move to the next field, the payment fields do not reappear on the page, although pink messages asking for missing information do appear. This was not a problem in earlier versions. If you use tab or mouse clicks to move away from the "other amount" text box, the payment fields reappear, as expected. However, if you use the enter key they do not. There is no way for the user to recover once he/she uses the enter key on the donation page. Therefore, donations can be lost if user presses enter key.
