Update Multiple Contacts - Profile with Dates is Broken

The updating multiple contacts form breaks when using a profile that contains a date. Any existing date values are not shown, and batch copy of values does not work. I have created a test profile on the demo site called "Batch Edit Profile" for testing. I have verified that this bug exists on the demo site.

This initial error is pointing to the jcalendar.tpl. The script at the bottom of the template is broken from what I can tell.

• There are 2 input fields for every date. The first appears to be the input field that will update when submitted.
• The date field that will actually submit and update the field value does not show the current value of the field
