Description
On including a custom date field in Honoree and Onbehalf Profile, a js break is encountered.
To reproduce
1) create a custom set with date field
2) Add this field to "On Behalf Of Organization" and "Honoree Individual" Profile.
3) Add this profile to a Contribution page.
4) Open live contribution page -> js error
